Charlie Sheen Offers Role To Angus T. Jones

November 30, 2012 12:30 PM by Stephanie Gustafson

Two and a Half Men just can’t hang on to its star actors these days! First, Charlie Sheen left after a “winning” meltdown in 2011. Now, Angus T. Jones has accused the show of being “filth,” claiming that he also would like to leave.  And thanks to his former costar, Angus just might have that opportunity! Looks like we might be down from two and a half to just two men — Jon Cryer and Punk’d alum Ashton Kutcher.

Charlie Sheen is doing pretty well post Two and a Half Men, thanks to his popular FX comedy Anger Management. Now, Charlie wants to offer former costar Angus T. Jones the opportunity to get away from what he has labeled a “hive of oppression” capable of causing an “emotional tsunami.”

In a recent interview with ABC News, Charlie provided Angus with a rather generous offer: “My former nephew is welcome at the Goodson Anger Management home anytime.” Commenting on Two and a Half Men, Charlie added, “It is radically clear to me that the show is cursed.”

Anyone who can have a meltdown is capable of doing a good job on Anger Management. We’re assuming this is playing into Charlie’s reasoning behind offering Angus a role. After all, Charlie Sheen did tell ABC News that he thought of Angus’ recent testimonial as a “Hale-Bopp-like meltdown.”

Would you like to see Angus T. Jones on Anger Management? Or maybe Jon Cryer should ditch Asthon Kutcher and join up as well, so that all of the former Men can be costars once more. Feel free to let us know what you think in the comments section below!

Angus T Jones is no loss to any television show. However I do think that the New Men should eliminate Kuchar and get ANYONE else. He was a poor substitution and there are MANY other excellent choices. Not sure who makes the selection but they need to have a better impulse on who people want to see and it sure is NOT Kuchar

Charlie Sheen was hired to do “Two & a Half Men” to play himself on that show: a womanizing drunk! He always showed up for work sober and able to read his lines but Chuck Lorre fired him for things he did on his off work hours. Angus is just a kid who’s lived in a protective bubble all his life. He is naive! But the Anger Management show appears to be less vile than the current MEN show so perhaps Angus should jump over to Charlie’s ship.

Yes, Angus T. Jones is making $8 million per year for purveying what he calls “filth” and has an enormous bank account as a result of 10 years on the show. Yes, also, since he is just 19 at the moment, it is entirely possible that his “people” committed him to the show when he was a minor and unable to sign (or evaluate) a contract on his own. Ergo, he should be released from his contract (and his big paychecks) at his request. Nobody should be forced to do work they find offensive, for any reason whatsoever. He should enroll in a four-year college, get an education in something not related to his current employment and make a life for himself in a field he doesn’t find as offensive (OR LUCRATIVE) as the Two and a Half Men show!

I always thought Cryer was the whole show. sheen had to work off Cryer and Angus. These two should stay together and get rid of Kutcher!
