Punk’d star Lindsay Lohan is up to more of her shenanigans. This time she blew off a court date to go to London chasing after The Wanted’s Max George. What does this mean for Lohan’s case? Take the jump for all the details.
According to the Fox News, Lohan may have a thing for The Wanted’s Max George. After attending one of their concerts a few weeks ago in New York City, Lohan has been hanging pretty close to the group.
She was spotted backstage at the Philadelphia Jingle Ball and even hopped on the tour bus and accompanied the group to Boston for their next gig. But the most shocking was when she hopped a plane and headed to the United Kingdom with the band.
On Monday, she tweeted, “I heart the UK,” and while band member Max George denies a relationship with Lohan, rumors are swirling that she definitely has the hots for him. Why else would she tail him like a lost puppy dog? She even tweeted a photo “of his sweater the morning after one of his gigs she attended” and wrote the comment, “Missing something” by it.
Who cares, right? Well, a judge might. Since Lohan is in the United Kingdom, it would appear she could care less about a court date scheduled for earlier today. Today’s court date was set to address charges resulting from a June incident where she drove a Porsche into the rear end of a truck.
Lohan later lied about being behind the wheel at the time of the crash and was subsequently charged with obstructing or resisting a police officer, providing false information to a police officer, and reckless driving.
All three charges are misdemeanors and while it isn’t mandatory she appear in court with her attorney, we have to wonder how her absence looked to the judge. It looks like she doesn’t care and has a total disregard for the situation, right? How do these charges affect her probation? And what about her leaving the country?
What do you think of Lohan blowing off court? Do you think she’ll get just another slap on the wrist for these latest charges? Sure sounds like it, right? Post a comment below and tell us what you think.
