Kelly Osbourne Dishes Weight Loss Tips

Since appearing on Dancing With The Stars, Kelly Osbourne has gone through a complete transformation slimming down five dress sizes. And she’s looking great! How did she do it? What’s her secret? Keep reading for more details.

According to Yahoo, Osbourne’s stint on Dancing With The Stars was a turning point for her. And afterward, she decided to take her health seriously and shed the unwanted pounds. Five dress sizes worth to be exact!

But how did she do it? Kelly admits “I’m an emotional eater” but “I’ve finally learned how to do it right.” She attributes her weight loss success to a healthy lifestyle and hitting the gym five days a week. That’s right… the tried and true, a consistent diet and exercise regimen.

Kelly said a neat trick for boosting the metabolism and said it’s how she starts her day every morning. “Drink a cup of hot water with lemon every morning to boost and regulate your metabolism,” she tweeted.

Why is this morning cocktail so good for you when trying to lose weight? Lemons help fight hunger pangs and boost the body’s ability to metabolize fat. Adding lemon to hot water and drinking it every morning, will help balance the body’s pH and help you lose weight at a more rapid pace.

In addition, the hot water will stimulate the digestive system and make you more regular. Plus, there are nutritional benefits as well. Lemons are a rich source of Vitamin C and potassium, both of which are good for boosting the immune system, improving brain function, and helping to eliminate toxins from the digestive tract.

While we’re not sure how great hot water and lemon would be every morning, considering Kelly’s transformation, it’s definitely worth a try.

    Kelly looks amazing!! I have always been a huge fan of hers and I am going to be trying the lemon and hot water trick. Would love to look as good as she does. Keep up the great work girl!!

    Total bs. She admitted to having a thyroid problem (over active) very early on when she started to lose weight (go back and see) … refusing to take meds for it she said she was enjoying the weightloss.
