Ivy Talks PRAS Elimination & Her Not So Ready To Wear Design

December 28, 2012 03:00 PM by Donna W. Martin

On last night’s episode of Project Runway All Stars, Ivy was eliminated from the competition when her ready to wear design failed to deliver the wow factor. While Isaac said he actually loved the dress when the model walked, standing still, he found it awkward. And Georgina said the length made the dress feel frumpy. Keep reading to see what Ivy had to say…

According to Lifetime, Ivy said, “I’m so grateful that I got a second chance [and] I feel like it’s my time to go. I feel at peace with everything.” She added, “Some judges liked my look, some didn’t but I was happy with it and I thought my model looked really pretty so at least I can say it’s something I’m proud of.”

Ivy went on to say, she did “agree with the judges’” comments but pointed out, “there are so many things you can nitpick with anything.” Looking back, “I tried my best,” she said, “and this was the outcome. At this point I really can’t change anything [but] I do believe everything happens for a reason.”

In the end, Ivy said, “I feel really proud of myself. Sometimes it’s not so much about winning the prize but how you play the game and I’m really happy with how I played the game.” She explained, “I was true to myself. There’s up and downs with anything in life and I feel a little relieved [that it’s over] because I feel like I put so much pressure on myself to do so much that I feel at peace right now.”

What did you think of Ivy’s design? Did the judges make the right decision to send her home? Or should it have been Joshua with his droopy boobs and wavy zippered look? Post a comment and let us know.

I’m just glad that bitch is finally gone. She never should have been on PRAS, after her deplorable behavior and nasty attitude in her original season. I never felt she had all that much talent, anyway, and was surprised she wasn’t eliminated sooner.
