GQ is often known for hot bodies, and the February issue will be no different. The issue, which boasts tributes to the, “100 Sexiest Women Of The 21st Century” features Beyonce front and center, rocking a very fit and flattering post-baby body. It wasn’t easy, however, as the American Idol guest star dished about the post baby exercise & nutrition.
The “Bootylicious” singer has long been known for her vivacious curves, and seemed to bounce back from pregnancy quite quickly. Just a year after giving birth, Beyonce is seen on the leaked cover in leopard print underwear and a cut-off football jersey top-leaving not much to the imagination. (Many sources are now terming it “Underboob”) Either way, she looks incredible! Most media outlets have pulled the image after requests from the publisher, but a quick search of Google brings it up.
The leaked photo hit Instagram and Twitter today, and took both media outlets like wildfire. The singer recently spoke about her struggle to get back into her pre-baby outfits. Once known for loving soul food, the singer was put on a strict diet and exercise plan. Just four months after giving birth, the singer talked to her audience about the routine, saying, “Y’all have no idea how hard I worked. I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce!” She didn’t stop there, though. In an interview with People, Beyonce dished about the nutrition aspect. “I worked out maybe three to four times a week. I did a lot walking in the beginning and now I’m running. But I had to work my way up. I couldn’t just go right from being pregnant to running.” Beyonce added,”I lost most of my weight from breast-feeding and I encourage women to do it. It’s just so good for the baby and good for yourself.”
She did something right because she looks incredible on the cover! Beyonce also has some very high-profile events planned in the near future, including performing at the upcoming superbowl and at President Obama’s inauguration.
