Jessica Simpson of Fashion Star confirmed over the holidays that she is indeed pregnant with baby number two. But now that she has lost so much weight, how does she plan to keep from gaining it all back? She’s hiring a personal Weight Watchers chef, of course!
Talk about bad timing when it comes to getting pregnant, huh? Jessica Simpson just revealed her new, slimmer look after gaining way too much weight with her first child, and now she is pregnant with her second child. But rest assured, the Fashion Star guru has a plan this time around – hiring her own personal chef! Well, actually, it’s the same personal chef she had while on Weight Watchers.
According to Life & Style Magazine, a friend told them: “She learned a lot while losing the weight she gained with Maxwell. She knows about empty calories and portion control. Before, she knew very little about nutrition,” adding that Jessica is determined to stick with her healthy eating habits in check while pregnant.
Simpson would like to keep her weight gain around 25-30 pounds this time around, and her pal went on to say: “She hasn’t quite lost all the weight from her previous pregnancy, so she wants to gain only 25 to 30 pounds this time. She wants to be healthy.” Ah, if only we could all be so lucky to hire a personal chef while pregnant!
