It’s a good day for music lovers! Two of our faves — Destiny’s Child and Justin Timberlake — are about to make a triumphant return to the studio! Hit the flip for all the details!
Are we the only ones who’ve been anxiously awaiting this day??!!
Well, it’s finally here! After years away from the music scene, former Punk’d victim, Justin Timberlake has confirmed that he’s FINALLY ready to start recording another album; his first since 2006′s Futuresex/Lovesounds (you know…when he brought sexy back!).
“I think I’M READY,” the newly wed Timberlake, 31, tweeted along with a video of himself walking into a studio that explains the reason that he hasn’t made a solo record in more than 6 years — aside from the whole acting thing.
“I don’t want to put anything out that I feel like is anything I don’t love. You just don’t get that every day. You have to wait for it,” Justin says in the video, adding, “I’m ready.”
So are we Justin; so are we.
And as if that wasn’t good enough….
Over on Facebook, Beyonce, also 31, announced that she and her former pop group, Destiny’s Child, will be reuniting to record one (yup, just one) new song for their greatest hits compilation, Destiny’s Child — Love Songs, set to release on January 29.
“Nuclear” will be the first original song from the multi award-winning trio in eight years.
Which are you more excited about RTVM — the return of Justin Timberlake or Destiny’s Child’s new song? Sound off in the Comments section below.
