Wow, Hulk Hogan sure is lawsuit happy these days, isn’t he? First, we learned that the Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling star was refiling his sex tape lawsuit, and now he is also suing a laser spine clinic, who he claims, are nothing but a bunch of frauds.
Could Hulk Hogan possibly be in need of money? The Hulkster has filed yet another lawsuit, but this time it’s not over a sex tape. According to TMZ, Hogan is now suing the Laser Spine Institute in Florida, claiming that they are a bunch of con artists, who conned him into getting a few bogus procedures done that damaged his career.
Hogan claims that he went to the clinic back in 2009, seeking treatment for multiple lumbar spinal abnormalities, but he was not informed that the laser procedures would only be a temporary fix. In the end, Hogan had to have major back surgery, and claims that he missed out on many money making opportunities due to the delay in getting the proper treatment.
And as if conning Hulk were not enough, he also claims that the company used his image and name to promote their business – without his consent! Hogan is suing the institute for more than $50 million dollars. Clearly, Hogan should have done his homework before going to any clinic for anything, don’t you think?
What are your thoughts on Hulk Hogan’s newest lawsuit? Will he win the lawsuit, or do you think he should have done better research on the company before going to them for any procedures? We know you have an opinion and we want to hear it. Comment below to share your thoughts with us!
