Kris Humphries may not be the brightest bulb – after all, he did marry Kim Kardashian. With that said, fans may be thinking that he is even dumber for turning down a cool $10 million settlement offer from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, but believe it or not, Humphries has a good reason. More inside…
We know that in the past, Kris Humphries was hell bent on proving that Kim Kardashian is nothing but a fraud, so it should not come as a huge shock that the NBA star would turn down a $10 million settlement offer. But it is more than an issue of fraud for Humphries, as a source close to the situation told Radar Online recently: “He wants to be able to marry in a church again, with a clear conscience, when he finds someone special. Kris is deeply religious and he believes that the only way he can do that is if his marriage to Kim is annulled.”
Kim Kardashian reportedly is ready to move on with her life, but so is Humphries, the source said, adding: “Kris is constantly getting heckled by NBA players and fans – and he just wants to be able to close this disastrous chapter in his life once and for all. If Kim would just agree to grant him the annulment, they could both move on with their lives.”
Rumor has it the earliest their divorce trial can begin is in June sometime, and Kim is not happy about that since she is due with her baby in early July.
Which one of them will give in first? Should Kim Kardashian agree to Kris Humphries plea for an annulment? We want to hear your thoughts on this story! Comment below and leave us your thoughts.
