The TAPS team made a return to Louisville, Kentucky for their next stop to find proof of the paranormal on Ghost Hunters. This time around, the spirit seekers climbed aboard the Belle of Louisville — a boat that travels the Ohio River. Its lurid 100-year history is filled with freaky folklore that has spurned many beliefs it houses paranormal entities. Many claim the paranormal activity has grown so intense that the creepy Kentucky boat has spilled strange energy to the Life Saving Station #10, which sits right next door. What evidence were they able to capture during their time on the ship? All the details are inside.
Seven hours into the investigation, Steve and Jason started hearing sounds on the level above them. With perplexed looks on their faces, both guys searched for the source — but, as usual, found no reason for the noise. Strange sounds became a common theme throughout the investigation, including a series of footsteps Adam heard during a debunking experiment with Britt. But the footsteps quickly faded from their attention when Britt suddenly pointed and exclaimed he had just watched a shadow figure pass by. This moment was not captured on camera, so the only weight to the claim is Britt’s explanation. Do you believe it?
Thankfully, Jason and Steve realized that footsteps they heard in the distance were actually resonating from the walking they were doing themselves. I love when they admit something isn’t a ghost because it adds a sense of realism.
This hour featured so much sound chasing that I was growing increasingly irritated with hearing the TAPS team repeatedly say, “What was that?” Unlike some of the other episodes this season, this one just wasn’t very good at all. To be honest, there was no value in watching it whatsoever.
What did you think of this episode? Did any of the evidence impress you? Do you believe in ghosts? Do you have any strange experiences with paranormal activity? Sound off and leave a comment below!
