The time has come to crown the new ‘Top Chef’ on the Bravo hit reality TV series, Top Chef: Seattle. It’s been a long, hard road on the 10th season. Now, the final two chefs battle it out for the ultimate challenge. Each finalist cooks the best five dishes in their culinary arsenal live in front of a studio audience! This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Emmy and James Beard Award-winning series that has dished out lots of drama this season. Who is crowned the winner of Top Chef: Seattle? Keep reading to find out!

Brooke Williamson from Los Angeles and Kristen Kish from Boston are the final two chefs competing for $125,000 furnished by Healthy Choice, a feature in Food & Wine magazine, a showcase at the Annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and the title of “Top Chef.” Their skills are put to the test in front of 300 people including friends; family members; judges Tom Colicchio, Emeril Lagasse, Hugh Acheson, Gail Simmons and Host Padma Lakshmi; along with all nine of the previously crowned Top Chef winners.

During this epic season finale, each finalist cooks the best five dishes in their culinary arsenal live in front of an audience. Kristin wins the first round with her chicken liver moose dish. Brooke wins the second round with her seared scallops–so both chefs are back on equal footing. Kristin also wins round three. Now it’s a critical round! Heading into the fourth round Brooke knows she needs to step it up to have a chance at the grand prize.

Both chefs must make red snapper. With the help of Chris “CJ” Jacobson, Stefan Richter and Kuniko Yagi; Brooke prepares her dishes. On the other side of the kitchen, Kristen works alongside of Sheldon Simeon, Lizzie Binder and Joshua Valentine. The course is served and the judges get to sample the dishes. The judges like Kristin’s dish the best therefore she wins the fourth round and the competition! Kristen Kish wins the 10th season of Top Chef and becomes the second female in the elite group! Kristin celebrates with her friends and family and says she plans a trip home to Korea.

Brooke probably wishes that Kristen didn’t make it back into the competition.

I am very disappointed in the top chef results. I don’t think Kristen should have won since she only competed in last chance kitchen, she didn’t overcome the challenges that Brooke did. This has soured my take on the show
