On this week’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice, the All-Star contestants leave New York City for a magical task at Universal Orlando. It’s the first time ever the team will work on a task outside of New York City on the NBC reality TV series. The celebs travel in style when they fly down to the sunshine state on Donald Trump’s personal airplane! One team risks a loss when their Project Manager can’t commit to an idea, while the other team follows their tyrannical leader in fear. Which celebrity gets the boot? Keep reading to find out!The 13 remaining celebrities return all vying to win money for their charities. This week they trade in the cold NYC weather for sunny Florida when they fly down to Universal Orlando Resort on Donald Trump’s private jet. Mr. Trump asks both teams to create a 3-D interactive photo experience that supports Universal Orlando’s new marketing campaign.
Team Power is made up of Brande Roderick, La Toya Jackson, Omarosa Manigault, Lil Jon, Claudia Jordan and Dennis Rodman. Omarosa Manigault is the Project Manager and has her team members scared that they might make the wrong move.
Plan B includes Stephen Baldwin, Lisa Rinna, Dee Snider, Marilu Henner, Gary Busey, Penn Jillette and Trace Adkins; but Trace has a previous business commit and will be absent from this task. Dee Snider steps up this week as the Project Manager.
The Universal executives meet with both teams and explain to them that the 3-D photo experience they will create must be creative, show brand messaging and provide a great guest experience. With $20,000 on the line for their charities, both teams start working on their ideas.
Omarosa Manigault’s Team Power decides to build an experience with three individual spaces including three Universal themes: Spider-man, Despicable Me and Harry Potter. Decorated with pictures and signs, the three booths also boast wizard wands, scarves a spider web and lots of other fun props.
Meanwhile, over at Plan B, the celebrities struggle with finding a “theme” for their photo experience. Penn Jillette suggests they use mirrors to make it look like people’s heads are floating. After spending a lot of time on coming up with an idea, Dee decides they will just use cardboard cut outs of themselves dressed as Universal characters.
In the end, the marketing executives likes Team Power’s photo experience the best which marks Omarosa’s first win as Project Manager. Boardroom advisors are Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump along with Donald Trump who tells Omarosa that Universal has decided to match his donation of $20,000 so she will get $40,000 for her charity. Omarosa becomes extremely emotional when she finds out she won in honor of her late fiance Michael Clarke Duncan and that the money will go to his charity. Fellow teammate, La Toya Jackson says she thinks Omarosa is just putting on an act to draw pity so she can shine in the competition!
Back in the boardroom, Donald Trump asks Dee Snider who he wants to bring back into the boardroom. Dee brings Stephen Baldwin and Gary Busy back into the boardroom. Dee says he didn’t like how Stephen Baldwin withheld donations during the first task and on this task he whispered things to Dee privately that caused Dee not to fully trust him. Dee also says that Gary’s skills are limited to which Gary says is not true. Dee admits to Donald Trump that ultimately it was his idea that the executives didn’t like and his alone. The Donald agrees and fires Dee Snider!
