On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we witnessed Marisa Zanuck offer Kyle Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky, a co-listing on her mother-in-law’s house that is worth $20 million. Mauricio seemed pretty pleased to be involved in the deal, but we recently discovered that Mauricio was not involved in the sale of Mrs. Zanuck’s home. What happened?
According to Marisa Zanuck’s PR representative, Darren Bettencourt, there is nothing scandalous about Mauricio no longer being involved in the Zanuck home sale. He says, “The reports of a falling out are not true. Marisa and Mauricio discussed the co-listing opportunity at length, and it was determined that Marisa would sell the home on her own. There are no hard feelings.”
Marisa has been very supportive of Mauricio’s wife Kyle Richards, in recent interviews, so a feud seems unlikely. Perhaps Bravo wanted Mauricio involved in the sale for Bravo cameras? On Twitter, @StoopidHousewives asked @MarisaZanuck why she would ever bring in another agent, and Marisa replied: “Sometimes you gotta give in and do what is asked of you!! But believe me, I didn’t want to do it. So in the end, I put my foot down!”
In other Bravo real estate agents news, it looks like Marisa Zanuck and Ryan Serhant are teaming together for a project, according to The Representatives @StarClients. Watch what happens?
