How Holly Madison Will Drop Baby Weight In Only Six Weeks

It’s been less than three weeks since Holly Madison gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, and the former The Girls Next Door star is already planning her return to work. Now, Madison reveals how she plans to lose all of her baby weight and get her body back in six weeks or less!

Six weeks is definitely not a lot of time to lose baby weight, or get your body back into pre-pregnancy shape, for that matter. But Holly Madison plans to do just that, or at least try her hardest to do so! In the new issue of In Touch Magazine, Madison says that she is ready to get back to her weight of 110 pounds, after gaining 40 pounds during her pregnancy.

Madison explained how she plans to get going on her weight loss, as she said: “We’re putting a gym in our house, so I’ll be doing yoga, Pilates and cardio.” At the moment, Madison is sticking it out with her healthy eating habits, which include green smoothies, yogurt, teas, and vegetable stews. But one thing that Madison will not be doing (at least not right now), is turning to plastic surgery for help. “I want to have more kids. Maybe when I’m done, that will make sense,” Holly told the magazine.

We certainly wish her luck in her quest to get off those pounds, and get back to her pre-pregnancy weight!

    I took 9 months to gain it, take a little time to lose it. I always lost my weight quickly but only gained 20-25 lbs. 40 seems like alot to gain with a pregnancy.
