For the season three finale, headman Willie wanted to surprise his family with a trip to Hawaii. But Willie ended up being the one who was in for a surprise. What happened? His luggage never made it on the plane. Uh-oh! And not only that, he wanted his family to follow an itinerary but that wasn’t happening and most of them were left to do their own thing.
According to the Huffington Post, the Duck Dynasty season three finale was the most watched show in A&E’s history across all rating demographics setting records with “5.6 million adults in the 25-54 demographic, 5.5 million adults in the 18-49 demo and 2.6 million adults in the 18-34 demo.”
And get this…Duck Dynasty even beat out American Idol by 34 percent on Wednesday night scoring a 4.3 rating in the 18-49 demographic compared to American Idol with a 3.2 rating.
Season four of Duck Dynasty is set to begin production soon and will premiere later in 2013.
