Gwyneth Paltrow recently revealed that she felt humiliated when she decided to rock a sheer-sided dress at the Iron Man 3 premiere, claiming she has a “70′s vibe going on.” But should the Who Do You Think You Are? alum have avoided the humiliation altogether?
Donning the gown pictured above at the premiere of Iron Man 3, Gwyneth Paltrow recently admitted that she felt humiliated in a way. Why? Well, because according to Paltrow, she rocks a “70′s vibe” if you know what she means. However, we can’t help but wonder whether that was the only thing Paltrow felt humiliated by. She also told Jay Leno recently that she feels she has many flaws, including her “butt cheeks,” as well as, “personality flaws galore.” Wow, if her butt is flawed, we’d hate to see what she would think about the average woman’s backside.
The designer of the gown, Antonio Berardi insists that the gown was not meant to be vulgar, and explained: “Gwyneth manages to bridge the gap of glamour and modernity. She makes things look iconic!”
But not everyone seems to agree with Berardi’s sentiments. The gown seems to have sparked a real debate among fans seems about whether or not Paltrow should have even donned that gown. Obviously, she knew what she would be wearing, should she have insisted on wearing something else? Or did she rock the gown?
We want to hear from you! Do you think Gwyneth Paltrow looked awesome in that gown? Or does she have a good reason for feeling humiliated wearing it? Perhaps she is just a drama queen? Sound off in the comments section below and tell us all about it.
