Tim Tebow has joked in the past about possibly doing a season of The Bachelor, despite turning down a chance to show off his fancy footwork on Dancing With The Stars. However, The Biggest Loser guest star has been let go from The New York Jets, so with all that new free time, should he head to reality TV?
Tim Tebow has been officially released from The New York Jets. Jets’ coach Rex Ryan announced in a statement to the press this morning: “We have a great deal of respect for Tim Tebow. Unfortunately, things did not work out the way we all had hoped. Tim is an extremely hard worker, evident by the shape he came back in this off season. We wish him the best moving forward,” of Tebow’s departure.
While many sports gurus are now speculating that it will be tough for Tebow to get a job at this point, we can’t help but wonder – should he head to reality TV? Tebow is no stranger to it as he inspired many with his guest appearance on The Biggest Loser, and he was even offered a spot on Dancing With The Stars, but turned it down.
So, how about The Bachelor? “I’ve actually met Tim Tebow. I met [with] him about becoming our next Bachelor. I think he’d be a great Bachelor,” Chris Harrison has stated in the past of hunky NFL quarterback. However, at that time, Tebow was also busy with that job, but now he appears to be free!
But now that Tim Tebow has tons of time on his hands, should he do a stint on The Bachelor? What do you think? Would you be interested in seeing Tim Tebow as the next star of The Bachelor? Comment and share your thoughts with us below! Stay with us for the latest news on The Bachelor!
