Ashton Kutcher & Demi Moore’s $10 Million Divorce Battle

May 15, 2013 01:32 PM by Donna W. Martin

It’s been nearly two years since Punk’d star, Ashton Kutcher and estranged wife Demi Moore called it quits on their six-year marriage; however, their divorce still isn’t final. And with $10 million on the line, it doesn’t look like their fighting is going to come to an end any time soon. Keep reading for more details.

According to the Huffington Post, Kutcher and Moore are in a $10 million fight over A-Grade investments, which is a venture capital fund that Kutcher formed with billionaire Ron Burkle and Guy Oseary in 2010 while Kutcher and Moore were still together.

Kutcher claims that he’s only put about $1 million in the fund and that it hasn’t made a substantial amount of money, but nevertheless, according to California law, Moore is still entitled to half of his share of the fund.

So how much is that? It just so happens that the entire fund was recently valued at a whopping $100 million. Kutcher owns a 20 percent share of the fund making his portion worth $20 million. And if Moore is entitled to half, that means he owes her $10 million big ones!

But he does not want to pay up! So their divorce settlement has stalled. It sounds like this is one divorce battle that may end up dragging out in court.

What do you think of Kutcher and Moore’s $10 million divorce battle? Do you think Kutcher should be made to pay Moore the $10 million? We know you have an opinion and we want to hear it so sound off in the comments section below and tell us all about it.
