David Hasselhoff recently sold his Encino mansion, without any word of where he was headed. Don’t worry though, he is not going to end up homeless as he has found a new home! In fact, the former Dancing With The Stars contestant recently dropped a cool $2 million bucks on a new mansion!
Don’t worry Baywatch fans – David Hasselhoff is not going to be left homeless after the recent sale of his Encino mansion. Apparently, Hasselhoff has found a new home! According to TMZ, David purchased a new mansion in Calabasas last week for almost $2 million buckeroos. Hasselhoff’s new home features 5,767 square feet of living space, which includes 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The Mediterranean home is located in a small gated community, and TMZ sources say it has even got a basketball court.
However, while it may seem it extravagant, the new mansion doesn’t seem to compare to the one that Hasselhoff just sold. His former home boasted a whopping 8,947 square feet of living space complete with cathedral ceilings, an elevator, library, and gym, among many other features. Outside, Hasselhoff’s former home was complete with two guest houses, a tennis court, a spa and a pool. Hasselhoff sold that home for almost $3.8 million, so it looks like he’s got nearly $2 million left to do whatever he pleases with.
