Rob Kardashian Reveals His Weight Loss Goal

Ever since Rob Kardashian wrapped up his stint on Dancing With The Stars, along with his break-up from Rita Ora, the reality star has been packing on the pounds. But in the past few months, Kardashian has been working hard at ridding himself of his excess weight. Now, Kardashian has opened up about his weight loss goal, as he revealed a slimmer version of himself.

Chaz Bono is not the only former Dancing With The Stars contestant determined to lose weight and get healthy. In fact, you can add Rob Kardashian to that list as well. Rob has been hitting the gym and changing his diet, and it is finally starting to show! At the launch of his new sock line this weekend, Kardashian posed with his mom, Kris Jenner, and looked noticeably slimmer. Speaking to US Weekly, Kardashian admitted: “I still have to lose like 40 to 50 pounds believe it or not. Six months I should be there.”

While Kardashian did not say how much weight he has lost to date, he did admit back in March that he started this journey around 235 pounds. Kardashian also credits his weight loss to the help of a trainer that he occasionally uses, as well as eating healthier. But the biggest challenge for Kardashian has been cutting out the booze, which is loaded with empty calories. “I’m not really drinking out here in Vegas. I’ve been here since Wednesday and I leave Monday – that’s way too long. But I’m trying to get in a healthy direction,” Kardashian explained.
