America’s Got Talent’s Special Head: Awesome Act Or Completely Creepy?

July 24, 2013 06:44 AM by Lisa Princ

This season on America’s Got Talent viewers and the judges have been treated to some very special and some very odd acts. One act in particular, Special Head, has been buzzing the web with reviews of his strange acts. And last night on the start of the live shows, he definitely got stranger! If you missed him, you’re in luck as we’ve got the details for you.

We’ve definitely had our fair share of odd acts on America’s Got Talent through the years, but we’re starting to wonder if Special Head takes the cake. We first met Special Head at the start of the season, when he performed an impressive levitation act, which earned him a chance to move on. But last night as the live shows kicked off, he not only did another boring levitation, but he also seemed to teleport himself, leaving us with a mixed feeling about the act.

And we were not the only ones left feeling unsure, as the judges did not seem to enjoy last night’s performance either. Heidi Klum sugar-coated the fact that the act was creepy, while Mel B thought it was funny. Meanwhile, Howie Mandel emphasized that Special Head’s acts keep getting less special, while Howard Stern is sure the act has run out of steam.

In case you may have missed it, check out Special Head’s performance last night:

Now we want to hear from you! Is Special Head an awesome act, or he just plain creepy? We know you have an opinion, and we want to hear it! Comment below to share your thoughts with us.

saw him botch the trick last night, after the smoke cloud you could see the top of his head still being lowered behind a black wall.

And you can clearly see the pole lifting him up as he gets higher.

Poorly executed. He needs to go!

I really wanted this guy to do good. He’s definitely very very special lol… I wish he did something a lot more original on the live show because it wouldn’t even have wowed me much even if the technical problem didn’t happen. Many magicians pulled this kind of teleport thing before…..Oh well

I’ve seen Criss Angel do this “teleportation” trick before so I wasn’t that wowed. I think he’s a neat guy though with some special talent but he did botch his teleportation trick and it was pretty obvious. Wish he had done something more original as I really liked the guy.

Yes, I think it’s an awesome act! I think Special Head did an amazing job… Well who really knows hehe. When he’s ontop of the pyramid, he has an earpiece and when he teleports outside, you can see that he doesn’t have the earpiece, but when he comes back to hear what the judges say, he doesn’t have it on either so… I don’t know. He seems a little different but he sounds like a nice person. We are all human anyway and we all have special heads. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no

Does anyone know all the people working behind the scenes in production? Obviously someone operating the lighting at Radio City Music Hall messed up. And of course the show tried to make it seem like it was the mistake of Special Head.
