Another day, another Kardashian scandal! Back in March, we learned that a male model had come forward, claiming that he slept with Kourtney Kardashian, and possibly fathered her son, Mason. Now, this same man has slapped the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star with a paternity lawsuit and is asking for joint custody of Mason!
Earlier this year, a male model named Michael Girgenti, who worked with Kourtney Kardashian on a photo shoot back in 2008, came forward claiming that he had unprotected sex with Kourtney Kardashian while she and Scott Disick were taking a break from each other. But that wasn’t all as Girgenti also claimed that the timing in which he was intimate with Kourtney was around the time that she conceived her son.
While Kourtney brushed off the claims, and refused to even talk with Michael, he has taken it one step further. According to TMZ, Girgenti has filed a new paternity lawsuit asking for joint custody of 3-year-old Mason. Girgenti has asked the judge for DNA tests for Kourtney, Mason, Scott and himself, and the judge has reportedly set a hearing for next month sometime.
Kourtney Kardashian’s attorney did speak out her behalf earlier, telling TMZ: “This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason’s father.”
What do you think about this shocking revelation? Could this man actually be Mason’s father? We know you have an opinion, and we want to hear it! Comment below to share your thoughts with us!
