All of the bad publicity surrounding Lamar Odom may be hurting the Kardashian brand, at least according to Kris Jenner, but it’s also hurting Odom’s career. Since the news of his drug addiction broke, the L.A. Clippers have decided not to re-sign the NBA star. Uh oh, is Lamar’s career in the NBA over?
Well it may not be entirely over, but at least with the L.A. Clippers it is over for Lamar Odom! According to TMZ, the L.A. Clippers have decided not re-sign Odom in light of his drug use. Team insiders told the site that the team really wanted to re-sign Lamar over the summer since he did really well last year. However, Lamar was almost impossible to reach, likely because he was busy with his addiction.
But despite being unable to reach him, The Clippers were still interested in Odom at the time, however, when the news broke of his drug addiction, the team decided that they are no longer interested in Lamar. We certainly can’t blame them. Since then, The Clippers have signed another player, completing their roster, which leaves Lamar as a free agent. With all the bad publicity, we’re wondering if there is any team out there who would be willing to sign Lamar? Or is his NBA career over?
