Julie Chen’s Plastic Surgery Rumors Include Nose Job, Cheek Implants

September 19, 2013 01:30 PM by Stephanie Gustafson

Julie Chen recently admitted to having previously had plastic surgery in hopes of looking ‘less Asian.’ But the Big Brother host says that she only had work done on her eyes….and that rumors of a nose job are definitely false!

The hosts of The Talk have a new tactic for upping those stubborn ratings:  sharing their deepest and darkest secrets! First, Sharon Osbourne admitted to a steamy affair with Jay Leno — one that drove her into the arms of the so-called ”Prince of Darkness.” Julie Chen’s revelation was a bit more controversial, as the celeb copped to having had plastic surgery as a means of promoting her career.

Viewers responded to the news with a mix of sympathy and skepticism, with a few naysayers claiming that Julie has undergone far more plastic surgery than she’s willing to admit. Critics pointed to a before and after comparison, in which Julie’s nose appears decidedly daintier in the post-surgery photo.

On Tuesday’s episode of The Talk, Julie Chen took some time to respond to the latest batch of plastic surgery rumors. “For the record, I have never had a nose job. I have only had plastic surgery done to my eyes that I’ve already told you about.” The host also denied a long list of other accusations, including rumors of cheek implants and veneers. Finally, she exclaimed, “I’ve never even had braces. These teeth are all my real teeth, alright? Nothing, nothing else has been done, ever!”

Do you buy Julie Chen’s explanation? Or do you think the critics make a good point? Feel free to share your opinion in the comments section below!
