Jim Bob Duggar’s idea of going the agricultural route failed spectacularly, but that’s not stopping the 19 Kids And Counting dad from his quest to open a family business. The latest venture? A Duggar Family Flea Market!
No, he never managed to become farmer Jim Bob, but a family farm was just one of dozens of ideas up the Duggar dad’s sleeve. With all hopes of agricultural success out of commission, the reality star has moved on to bigger and better things…namely, a family flea market! He announced the genius idea on last night’s episode of 19 Kids And Counting, pointing to a massive shed full of old stuff as the perfect source of flea market success.
Knowing Jim Bob’s magpie ways, this plan could be a disaster in the making. Fortunately, between Jessa’s love of organizing and Jim Bob’s love of
hoarding collecting, it can be better described as a match made in heaven! On last night’s episode of 19 Kids And Counting, Jessa explained, “I absolutely love organizing things. This is going to be exciting. Let’s just say my dad likes to collect things…a lot of things.”
With the combined forces of Jessa and Jim Bob, not to mention piles and piles of
junk buried treasure, this just might be a profitable venture. But as always, it’s all for a great cause. Michelle Duggar okayed the idea of the Duggar Family Flea Market, but with the added stipulation of a charitable cause. She settled on the Arkansas Children’s Hospital NICU as a worthy destination for any ensuing profits.
Would you visit a Duggar flea market? Do you think the family will be able to raise any money for the Arkansas Children’s Hospital? Feel free to share your opinion in the comments section below!
