Snooki Reveals The Seceret To Her Quick Weight Loss

When Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi took to the dance floor on Dancing With The Stars for the first time, not only did she wow us with her moves, but she also appeared to be a different person – inside and out! Now, the former Jersey Shore star, who used to spend most of her time partying, reveals the secrets to her transformation!

Snooki has not only lost about 50 pounds in the past 6 months, but the pint-sized former party girl has turned her life around since giving birth to her son. How did she make such a dramatic change so quickly? In the new issue of Life & Style Magazine, Polizzi admitted that one of the biggest changes in her lifestyle now is: “I don’t drink anymore.”

Her lack of alcohol consumption has definitely helped her lose so much weight so quickly, but she also explained that exercise never used to be part of her lifestyle either. Now, Snooki has made a change for the better, revealing: “I used to hate going to the gym, but now I love it. I lift very heavy weights, and I’m strong!” Luckily for Polizzi, being a part of Dancing With The Stars also includes intense workouts and rehearsals. Snooki loves the workouts she is getting from the show, and admits that she is very proud of her new size 0.

Kudos to Snooki for turning her life around, we think she looks fabulous!

    I have a super slow metabolism, I tried Garcinia Cambogia and it helped not so much in loosing pounds on the scale but more inches coming off and noticing a difference in the way my clothes fit. I have also been working out more since I started taking the pills so I’m not so sure if it’s just a mental thing where I’m more focused on making better decisions such as working out and eating better that could also be the reason for the weight loss.
