Since giving birth to little Lorenzo, Jersey Shore star Snooki has worked hard to lose the baby weight…plus the extra pounds that preceded her pregnancy. The effort has proven a huge success, with some critics actually accusing the pint-sized celebrity of losing too much weight. But Snooki says she’s proud to wear a size zero!
Once upon a time, Snooki’s only regular exercise involved dancing at the clubs, plus the occasional fist pump. Oh, how things change. Now, the reality star is obsessed with working out! She recently explained to Life & Style, “I used to hate going to the gym, but now I love it. I lift very heavy weights, and I’m strong!”
Although the majority of her weight loss took place prior to her stint on Dancing With The Stars, Snooki admits that constant rehearsals have really toned up her legs. Between the pre-DWTS gym visits and her current studio time, the celeb has managed to shed over fifty pounds. As she boasted to Life & Style, “I’m a size zero and damn proud of it!”
It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to lose fifty pounds, but Snooki still knows when to kick back and reward herself. She still enjoys the occasional sweet treat, which perhaps explains a social media post shared the other day: “COOL totally thought I had ice cream in the fridge…skipped over to get it and realized I ate it all already.”
