Kim Kardashian Shares Her Weight Loss Secret

It’s been several months since the birth of North West and Kim Kardashian is still working hard to shed the baby weight.  Speculations regarding her methods have run rampant, but it turns out at least one rumor is correct: the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is on the Atkins diet.

Yes, it’s hard to look past all the cleavage put on display in her latest outfits…but all it takes is a quick glimpse at Kim Kardashian to prove that the celebrity has lost quite a bit of weight in the past few months. She spent a good portion of that time hiding out at home, so fans are curious as to how Kim managed to drop those extra pounds. While exercise is certainly involved to some extent, the reality star says that her weight loss is mostly a result of significant changes in her daily food routine.

In a recent social media post, Kim told a follower the secret to her weight loss success, tweeting, “I’ve actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it.” For those not in the know, Atkins promotes a diet high in protein and low in carbohydrates. It’s a somewhat controversial weight loss method, but few can deny that, in the short term, it definitely works.

According to a source for Hollywood Life, Kim has put her own unique spin on the Atkins diet, introducing a technique known as “carb-cycling.” The insider explains, “She’s really focusing on foods high in fiber from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., like whole-grain breads, cereals, brown rice, fruits, and vegetables.”

    For 33 she is squat and hefty, not because of the baby weight but that’s just who she is, you can see her toes through her shoes it’s sick.
