Adam Levine sure must be happy to have snatched up the beautiful vocals of Tessanne Chin! The singer and alleged front-runner on The Voice once again proved her talent with yet another amazing performance during the first live episode of the season.
We knew Tessanne Chin possessed plenty of talent from the moment she stepped in front of those big, red, gimmicky chairs on The Voice. But that doesn’t stop us from dropping our jaws in amazement every time she comes out for yet another wonderful performance. Such was the case last night, when Tessanne rounded out the first live episode of the season with her lovely take on the popular Jimmy Cliff song Many Rivers To Cross.
Tessanne received a deserved standing ovation from the audience at the end of her performance, not to mention plenty of praise from the judges. CeeLo Green exclaimed, “They saved the best for last! You are one of my favorites. You make me feel things.” The other judges were also ecstatic about Tessanne’s performance, with Adam praising not only her wonderful vocal range and artistic expression, but the kind heart she’s consistently displayed both on and off the stage.
Overwhelmed with gratitude, Tessanne later took to Twitter to thank her dedicated group of fans. “It’s been an unbelievable journey y’all and I cant do this without you!!! Thank you!!!”
