Jillian Michaels caused a big controversy when she made a huge mistake on The Biggest Loser, which completely voided last week’s weigh in and also gave Ruben Studdard a second chance. Michaels, however, offered no apology for her decision, despite the fact that her team suffered the consequences of her actions.
As we already informed you, next week on The Biggest Loser, Ruben Studdard will make a comeback, as the weigh in that cost him his spot on the ranch was deemed null and void last night, due to Jillian Michaels. At the weigh in last night, Alison Sweeney revealed the news, informing everyone: “Last week, Jillian broke the rules and gave caffeine supplements to each member of her team without a doctor’s permission.” Due to her lack of cooperation with the rules of the show, Michaels’ team was penalized with a four pound advantage.
And that disadvantage on the scale cost Jillian’s team as one of her contestants was sent packing. However, when asked if she had anything to say about the incident, Jillian Michaels replied: “I stand by my opinion: a caffeine supplement is significantly healthier than unlimited amounts of coffee. My only regret is that my team are the ones suffering the consequences of my professional opinion.” The only positive that came out of last night’s scandal was that Ruben Studdard, the biggest contestant this season, gets another chance at getting healthy.
So, now we have to ask: Do you think that Jillian Michaels purposely tried to sabotage the weigh in?
What do you think of Jillian Michaels decision? What did you think of Ruben Studdard returning to The Biggest Loser? We know you have an opinion and we want to hear it! Sound off in the comments section and let us know!
