Kate Gosselin Drops Hacking Lawsuit Against Jon Gosselin

November 20, 2013 05:18 AM by Lisa Princ

Back in August, Jon Gosselin was slapped with a lawsuit by his ex-wife Kate Gosselin, who claimed that he hacked into her personal things in order to write a nasty tell all book about her. But now, it seems that Kate may have had a change of heart, because the former Kate Plus 8 star has dropped the lawsuit against her ex!

Over the summer, Kate Gosselin filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband Jon for supposedly hacking into her computer, phone, and other records, for the purpose of publishing a book about her. The lawsuit claimed that after Jon stole her information, he then gave the information, which again she claimed were acquired illegally, to his friend and business partner, tabloid reporter Robert Hoffman, who went on to publish the book Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World.

However, in a surprise move yesterday, Kate Gosselin decided to drop the lawsuit against Jon Gosselin, Radar Online reports. “Plaintiff Kate Gosselin agrees to dismiss with prejudice all claims and potential claims that she has or may have against Defendant Jonathan K. Gosselin that were or could have been asserted in this case,” the motion filed stated, adding that Jon Gosselin must also dismiss any counterclaims or potential counterclaims.

However, Kate Gosselin may have dismissed her ex-husband, but the suit still stands against Robert Hoffman. Back in September, Jon Gosselin actually asked the courts to throw out the lawsuit. The dismissal also means that Kate Gosselin is barred from bringing an action on the same claim against Jon.

Too late Kate, you filed the suit and it has been fodder for critics all over the country. If you ever thought that any network would take you on and offer you a second chance, you shot that down clear and cold. No one wants to hire a troublemaker which you clearly are. Is the reason that you dropped the suit is because you are running through the kids money to fund it? You are now on the cover of another news rag telling about your sad and pathetic life. Well, you brought it all on yourself and unless you can afford to pay Steve, your bodyguard, to service you, no man will touch you. I never understood how you would go off with Steve guarding your body and that you would leave EIGHT DEFENSELESS CHILDREN with a 19-year old nanny. Who was guarding your children?

James McGibney, who runs the Bullyville website, is a lying piece of garbage who was behind this lawsuit. McGibney got kicked out of his house near Lake Mead and had to file bankruptcy. Now he throws rocks at random people from his Bullyville website. McGibney also runs REVENGE PORN website Cheaterville. McGibney charges people $199 in order to remove their photos and posts. McGibney is filth. Next time I see his wife Christina at Smith’s grocery I will tell her so and ask her if she knows what her husband is doing.
