As Teresa Giudice and her husband gear up for their trial, in which the couple will face over 40 charges of tax fraud and evasion, which is supposed to take place in February, the Real Housewives of New Jersey has another battle ahead of her – with the show! That’s right, rumor has it that producers want to air footage of the couple’s legal woes, but Teresa Giudice is completely against that idea, and is begging producers not to do so!
If you were hoping to watch the legal woes of Teresa and Joe Giudice play out on television, you may be in luck. Rumor has it that producers of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are looking to record some of the trial, and of course, share it with all of us, according to our friends at Radar Online. “There is no way producers aren’t going to show her legal drama. They need this to revitalize the franchise,” one insider told the website.
Giudice, however, is completely against the idea, and does not want any of the legal drama aired, but she may be in for a rude awakening! “Teresa controls the cast right now and she is happy that the trial has been postponed but she is trying to get the producers not to air it, which will never happen,” the source went on to explain. But despite Teresa’s “begging,” the legal drama could definitely give the show a much needed ratings boost.
