Traci, Trina And Towanda Braxton To Support Anti-Bullying Charity On Who Wants To Be A Millionaire

December 10, 2013 03:00 PM by Stephanie Gustafson

You gotta give it to the Braxtons — no matter how much they bicker on Braxton Family Values, their hearts are in the right place. Traci, Trina and Towanda Braxton are once again highlighting their inherent compassion by raising money for the anti-bullying campaign Saving Our Daughters, all while showing off their trivia skills on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire!

Okay, so the Braxton family already possesses a vast fortune…but that doesn’t mean they’re barred from Who Wants To Be A Millionaire! Three of our favorite Braxtons will stop by the game show tonight, all in hopes of raising money for Saving Our Daughters, a campaign dedicated to the decimation of bullying.

Earlier today, Traci shared the exciting game show development via social media, tweeting, “Hey Trabirds! Don’t miss me & my sisters @Trinabraxton and @towandabraxton as BFV takes over @millionareTV this week.” She also sent followers a link to the show’s trailer, which promised plenty of excitement and nearly as much drama as your standard episode of Braxton Family Values.

It’s great to see the Braxtons banding together to support an important cause. They’ve spoken out against bullying on many occasions, with Trina Braxton going so far as to enroll her son in martial arts classes so that he could better deal with the nasty bullies at his school. But in donating their game show winnings to charity, Trina and her sisters lend their help to those who lack the means to learn martial arts. That’s the Braxton attitude we like to see!

The best way to address bullying is to stop it before it starts. Bullying can threaten kids physical and emotional safety at school and can negatively impact their ability to learn. We must also take action on the eradication of this issue in our community. Giving also additional protection to kids is not bad, monitoring their location would be very great here a safety application on the phone that parents can use to help and add safety to their children.
