Just when you think the Kourtney Kardashian paternity drama is over, alleged baby daddy Michael Girgenti insists on continuing the fight. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star will meet the male model in court on December 16th…hopefully to end this case for good!
There are precious few times when we take Scott Disick’s side. The reality star doesn’t make for a particularly sympathetic figure, given his creeper attitude and obnoxious flaunting of cash. But when it comes to the ongoing paternity scandal involving Kourtney Kardashian and Michael Girgenti, Lord Disick suddenly doesn’t seem so bad. Earlier this year, Michael insisted on a paternity test based on the belief that Mason was his son, not Scott’s. The official results arrived in August and, as we suspected all along, Scott was proven to be Mason’s biological father.
Of course, Michael Girgenti still wasn’t ready to let the case go. Shortly after receiving the initial test results, the model’s spokesperson explained to Radar Online, “We don’t trust the results and believe it could have been fixed. Still going to court to fight for court-ordered results.”
Several months later, it looks like the lawsuit is still on. Kourtney and Michael are scheduled to appear in court on December 16th. In a recent interview, Michael told In Touch, “I just want the truth to come out…if I am the father, I need to be slowly integrated into Mason’s life before more time passes. If I’m not, I can rest at ease — and everyone can move on.”
Do you think it’s time for Michael Girgenti to back off? Or could he really be the father of Kourtney Kardashian’s son? Sound off in the comments section below!
