Juan Pablo Galavis Admits To Feeling Overwhelmed At First Rose Ceremony

January 08, 2014 05:00 PM by Stephanie Gustafson

Dealing with the usual 25 crazy women is bad enough, but this season, Juan Pablo Galavis was forced to choose between 27 lovely ladies on The Bachelor. Although he admits to having felt super overwhelmed at the time, Juan Pablo definitely appreciated the opportunity to meet one beautiful woman after another!

This season’s Bachelor premiere was certainly memorable, what with the pregnant belly, the quick move to second base, the piano and, of course, the first impression rose rejection. But perhaps the biggest development was the sheer volume of women upon which Juan Pablo Galavis was able to feast his eyes. This year, producers upped the number to 27, making Juan Pablo’s decision that much more difficult.

Later speaking about the chaos in an exclusive blog for People, Juan Pablo admitted, “After meeting beautiful woman after beautiful woman, I went inside to the mansion and WOW, I had 54 eyes staring at me and I felt like a piece of meat for a second — it was overwhelming.”

Although he loved the unique experience of being surrounded by gorgeous women, Juan Pablo ultimately learned that the presence of 27 babes was not a blessing, but a curse. After all, it only meant that he’d be forced to reject more women. “I HATE rose ceremonies because I hate hurting people, and I knew people were going to be hurt with my goodbyes.” Juan added that he felt particularly awkward when Kylie thought that she was supposed to receive Kat’s rose. “I felt so bad for Kylie. I hope someday she forgives me.”

If your outdoor plans ruined by cold rain, set up an impromptu tea party for kids. The circulating toxins disrupt endocrine function and interfere with thyroid function.
