Kyle Richards’s Bikini Body Is The Result Of A Sugar-Free Diet

During season three of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the lovely Kyle Richards was busy lamenting her alleged lack of a bikini body. Ultimately, she decided to do something about the extra weight, sacrificing sugar in hopes of shedding a few pounds. Looks like the weight loss effort has proven successful!

It may be the season of resolutions, but Kyle Richards already made huge changes in her diet before New Year’s Day arrived. The reality star recently told Life & Style all about her strict new regimen, explaining, “I eat almost no sugar.” She also works hard to avoid other starchy carbohydrates, sticking to veggies, whole grain and protein whenever possible.

So far, Kyle Richards’ weight loss approach has helped immensely, allowing the celeb to shed a total of seven pounds. This might not seem like much, but keep in mind that Kyle possesses a very petite frame, meaning that even a few pounds can make a huge difference. “I’m only 5-foot-2, with big boobs and a butt, so it shows!”

With Kyle feeling better about her physique, it’s only a matter of time before we see more daring ensembles on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. While chatting with Life & Style, the reality star revealed, “I feel confident about my body now. I don’t hide behind a towel in a bathing suit.”
