Phaedra Parks’ hubby, Apollo Nida, might need to ask his wife for some legal advice. It seems The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, Apollo Nida has found himself in some legal trouble- again! Keep reading to find out what Apollo is being charged with.
If you’re a RHOA fan you know that Apollo previously served five years in prison, before marrying our favorite southern belle. But we thought Apollo changed his ways, focusing on fitness and his family.
But in a written affidavit, Alexandre Herrera (U.S. Secret Service Agent in the Counterfeit and U.S. Treasury Check Squad, stated that “Nida created fake companies, enabling him to access databases to find individuals to rip them off. He opened fake bank accounts under those real names and funneled stolen U.S. Treasury checks and auto loan proceeds into those accounts”. This past Thursday, Apollo was charged and released on a $25,000 pre-trial bond.
So what do the other ladies from The Real Housewives Of Atlanta have to say about Apollo’s charges? Well, Kenya Moore has never been a fan of Phaedra, so she took to Twitter after hearing the news. Kenya tweeted today, “Losers never win. I have always seen through people and I was the first to tell you last season about these people and who they really are. #dirty.” She didn’t mention Phaedra or Apollo, but we (and all her Twitter followers) can assume she was talking about Apollo’s arrest.
On the other hand, Phaedra hasn’t said anything about her husband’s charges. She is just using Twitter to promote her latest book, Secrets Of The Southern Belle. Well for Phaedra and her two sons we hope she can keep Apollo’s donkey booty out of jail.
