The cast members from The Real Housewives of Atlanta are still super upset about all the drama that went down at NeNe Leakes’ infamous pillow talk party. Most of the vitriol is aimed at Kenya Moore, although many feel NeNe fueled the fire by hosting the event in the first place. But Kenya argues that it’s not fair for Kandi Burruss to receive a free pass for her aggressive behavior.
Like the rest of us, Kenya Moore was mighty uncomfortable when she watched the pajama-themed episodes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. In her latest Bravo blog, the reality star recalled watching Kandi “explode into a blackout rage stating she would ‘kill’ people and ‘drag them.’”
As you may recall, Kandi later apologized for her behavior, and all was forgiven. But Kenya doesn’t think the reality star should have received such an easy pass. “My issue is not with Kandi’s fit of anger, but with the acceptance of her behavior from the women.”
Kenya also thinks that the ladies of The Real Housewives of Atlanta should have held Apollo Nida accountable for his behavior. “During the aftermath of the melee, I watched each woman cavalierly recall the events as each laughed about what happened to Brandon and at their behavior, none acknowledging Apollo’s assault on Brandon.” According to Kenya, this is particularly problematic in light of how many of the women have suffered abuse in the past. She feels that they shouldn’t just laugh it off when violence — verbal or physical — is staring them in the face.
