Kendall Jenner may possess a set of gams perfect for posing on the runway, but her modeling career isn’t simply the result of an ideal body type. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star admits that she’s always been obsessed with high fashion — and that she’d already known about her modeling destiny when she was a little girl.
Facebook fans absolutely adore Kendall Jenner’s modeling shots…and who can blame them? She looks absolutely gorgeous every time she struts her stuff on the runway. Or when she lights up a magazine cover, as she recently did for Marie Claire Mexico.
During her interview with Marie Claire, Kendall admitted that her adoration of all things fashion began a long, long time ago. When she was little, the reality star “always enjoyed watching and looking at high fashion models and supermodels” and “always wanted to be them.” In fact, she made a point of paging through Kris Jenner’s magazines again and again, as she “thought they were so beautiful and they seemed very elegant and cool.”
Kendall has already impressed on the runway, although she’s also sparked plenty of controversy with her scandalous outfits. With her ability to spark so much Twitter buzz, it’s pretty much guaranteed we’ll be seeing more of the beautiful model. She would love to eventually work as a model for Chanel and Burberry, but acknowledges that everyone else sees her as a shoe-in for Ralph Lauren.
In the fashion world, knowing the right people is every bit as important as having the right look. Kendall Jenner possesses both advantages, so get ready to see plenty of scandalous runway walks in the future.
