Khloe Kardashian seems to look better than ever since she dumped her cheating soon to be ex-husband, Lamar Odom, but is she really working as hard as she lets on? Rumor has it that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been on a crash diet!
Khloe Kardashian seems to be moving on from Lamar Odom, or at least that is what she has us all thinking with her Facebook and Twitter posts these days, but is she really in a good place right now? According to new reports by The Heat, the trauma from her breakup is causing a lot more issues than Khloe is willing to let on, and her family is worried about her.
“Her self-esteem took such a hit when she broke up with Lamar,” one insider explained, adding that Khloe has been on a crash diet of only 400 calories per day since the split. “Khloe’s doing morning fasting and doesn’t eat a single thing until around 2pm. She only has a small piece of chicken or a can of tuna and steamed veggies for lunch, snacking on celery until dinner when she has a protein shake,” the source went on to add of Khloe’s diet.
However, Kardashian is always snagged working out, so how do we know she isn’t just working hard at the gym? Khloe sure does look great these days, but we hope she is doing it the right way.
