It was a shocking elimination for Dancing With The Stars fans when it was announced that Brooke Burke-Charvet would be leaving the ballroom. After eight seasons of co-hosting the show, Brooke is being replaced. Find out which former DWTS contestant is reportedly taking her place.
Dancing With The Stars is set to start its 18th season this March and with some big changes in place. Earlier this month it was announced that ABC fired the large live band and its bandleader, Harold Wheeler. And then on Friday Brooke Burke-Charvet took to Twitter to announce the surprising news she was fired. “weird day…shocking pre-season elimination #DWTS…ME.@Tom_Bergeron didn’t even read my name. I won’t be returning to the show this season,” Brooke tweeted her fans. Fans flooded Brooke’s Facebook and Twitter account with well wishes for her.
So who will stand next to Tom Bergeron on the ballroom floor when the new season begins? Well, it’s being reported that former DWTS contestant, Erin Andrews will be the new co-host. US Weekly is reporting that the paperwork is being finalized and the Fox Sports reporter will be the co-host.
