While the Twitter universe waits to see what kind of punishment is dished out to Teresa Giudice and her husband after the couple pled guilty to several fraud charges, like most celebrities, she will likely not end up in prison. But despite facing up to two years in prison, Giudice is planning to beg for house arrest, and we know exactly how the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star will get just what she wants.
Over on Facebook, fans are in an outrage over the Teresa Giudice scandal, with most folks thinking that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star deserves some prison time. However, like most celebrities, Giudice will likely walk away with no real jail sentence. And Giudice is even planning to beg for house arrest instead, according to our friends at Radar Online.
“Before Teresa is formally sentenced by the judge, she will meet with the United States Probation Department and a report will be prepared. The report will outline recommendations for sentencing for the judge to consider and one of those items will include if house arrest is suitable for Teresa,” one insider dished to the site.
But, just how is she going to get away without any jail time? It’s simple. Giudice will plead her case claiming that serving her sentence at home will be best because she has four children, and she is the primary income generator in her family. The judge will feel sorry for her, and she will likely get exactly she wants.
Rumor also has it that Giudice is terrified of going to prison. Please spare us. She shouldn’t have committed the crimes then, huh?
It’s your turn to sound off now! What do you think the appropriate punishment for Teresa and Joe Giudice is? Comment below and share your thoughts with us.
