Real Housewives addicts always assumed that Joe and Teresa Giudice would be forced to plead guilty for their several dozen counts of fraud. They also expected that the legal drama would be highlighted in future episodes of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. As usual, the fans have Bravo pegged — the Giudices are set to continue filming until their sentencing arrives in July.
If, like several fans on Facebook, you were worried that Joe and Teresa Giudice’s legal woes would somehow detract from their time on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, you can relax; the couple will definitely be filming for the reality show in the next few months. After all, it behooves Bravo to capitalize on the legal drama, as viewers will be eager to tune in to learn more.
During Teresa’s recent court appearance, her lawyer revealed plans to continue participating in The Real Housewives of New Jersey, at least until her scheduled sentencing in July. It’s obvious why Bravo’s still interested in recording new episodes with the Giudices, but we assume it’s a mutually beneficial solution, as the couple is definitely going to need that extra cash!
Teresa is super stressed by all the courtroom drama, but for now, she’s trying to keep it together for the sake of her kids. If nothing else, the celeb is able to take comfort in the knowledge that her Twitter fans still have her back. Following yesterday’s guilty plea, she logged in to retweet several kind messages from her followers, including one advising her to “keep [her] head up.”
