The moment her fraud allegations made headlines, Teresa Giudice insisted that her main concern involved the safety of her family. Although one could argue that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star could have best protected her kids by not getting involved in shady business in the first place, her latest Facebook updates suggest that she really does put her family first.
When she offered up her guilty plea early last week, Teresa Giudice made it clear that, more than anything, she wanted to prevent her legal troubles from getting in the way of her relationship with her kids. Although her sentencing won’t arrive until July, it appears that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is making a real effort to enjoy what time she does have with her family — after all, she very well could wind up behind bars.
This past weekend, Teresa and Joe set aside time to support their daughters Milania and Gia at their respective cheer competitions. Teresa documented the occasion on Twitter, posting a photo of Milania with Joe Gorga, as well as a cute family picture with Gia and Joe Giudice. In the caption for the Gia snapshot, an obviously proud Teresa announced that her daughter’s team had captured first place at the competition. She tweeted, “1st place winners, congrats…Mommy & Daddy love you!”
It’s nice to see Joe and Teresa Giudice prioritizing their family. Too bad they didn’t take this approach from the beginning — they might have been able to avoid their current legal woes!
