This week on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya Moore once again decided to play with fire, asking Apollo Nida to take part in a private discussion. She insists that she never intended to amp up the drama, but Phaedra Parks’ Facebook fans remain skeptical.
When Kenya Moore approached Peter Thomas, Todd Tucker and Apollo Nida on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, everyone knew that she was simply angling for another argument with Apollo. The reality star admitted the obvious in her latest Bravo blog, explaining, “ I did have an ulterior motive in hanging out with them and that was to get the truth out of Apollo…I wanted an admission of guilt, an apology, and a resolution from Apollo and I succeeded.”
How, exactly, did Kenya succeed? She insists that, by pursuing a non-threatening approach, she was able to get Apollo to admit that he believed himself to be more than capable of having sex with her — although she also clarifies that she never actually made such an offer.
In addition to admitting to an ulterior motive in her dealings with Apollo Nida, Kenya also confessed to making a mistake when she answered Apollo’s “friendly texts.” However, she tempered that apology by accusing Phaedra Parks of taking up a “national platform and [reciting] Apollo’s lies without ever speaking to me or fact-finding.”
Phaedra Parks is doing an amazing job of avoiding Real Housewives of Atlanta spoilers on Twitter. But based on Kenya’s blog, a happy ending may not be in store for Phaedra or Apollo. A smug Kenya announced, “Liars never win and karma is a bitch. Stay tuned for the conclusion next week.”
