A few months back, Bethenny Frankel revealed that she was still Jason Hoppy’s roomie. Talk about an awkward housing situation! The Real Housewives of New York City alum has finally moved out, although she didn’t make it very far — her new Tribeca apartment is just a few blocks away from her old pad!
These past few months, Bethenny Frankel has been targeted by all kinds of Facebook rumors surrounding her alleged relationship with Michael Cerussi. Assuming the two are dating (and based on pictures of them frolicking on the beach, that’s an easy assumption to make), the romance will now be a lot easier to carry out. Bethenny now has her own place, completely free of Jason Hoppy!
The new apartment costs Bethenny a cool $17,500 per month in rent, but in the celeb’s opinion, that is money well spent. She gets to remain in Tribeca, just blocks away from her ex, which means she’ll be close by whenever Bryn spends time with dad.
Despite all this, Bethenny’s not entirely happy about the move. Although she tries to keep a positive outlook for the sake of her Twitter followers, an insider tells In Touch that the celeb would have preferred to keep her old apartment. “She never wanted to leave her dream home. Now Jason gets to live there alone.”
Ultimately, however, Bethenny feels that the move is worthwhile, as it means more private time with her new beau. In Touch’s source adds, “She needed to get away from the situation Jason was creating.”
Do you think Bethenny Frankel will finally be able to move on from her ill-fated relationship with Jason Hoppy, now that she has her own place? Feel free to share your opinion in the comments section below!
