Teresa Giudice Finds Comfort In Her Faith As She Prepares For Jail Time

Facebook critics claim that she’ll never get the sentence she deserves, but it’s still likely that Teresa Giudice will spend at least a few months behind bars. As the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star prepares for her inevitable jail visit, she’s turning to her faith as a source of comfort.

It’s pretty much a guarantee that both Joe and Teresa Giudice will have to spend time in jail, although the extent of those sentences has yet to be determined. Teresa finally decided to plead guilty in March, and, since then, has been trying to enjoy what time she does have with her family before her sentencing takes place in July.

In addition to attending cheer competitions with her daughters and posing for Twitter photos at book signing events, Teresa has kept busy with prayer. She’s found that, in this time of trial, her faith serves as a significant source of comfort. According to an insider for Radar Online, ”Teresa has always been extremely religious and is relying on it more now than ever. She has been knocked off the pedestal and is now being forced to eat a big piece of humble pie.”

In spite of everything, Teresa Giudice is still holding out hope that she’ll be placed on house arrest and thus, be able to serve out her sentence without compromising her family. Do you think house arrest would be an appropriate punishment — or should Teresa be required to spend time behind bars? We know you have an opinion and we want to hear it, so feel free to sound off in the comments section below!

Uggh I don’t know, yes she totally did horrible things but not compared to many. I have always paid my taxes, worked hard did the best I could, struggled have never had the life she has had but she has 4 little girls, I think she is better off getting home arrest, maybe write another book to help pay for expenses than go to jail. The only thing I can think of and what made me mad one time she said she didn’t want to live in a house someone else lived in, she found it disgusting if she does go to jail I think it is possible other people may have lived in her cell.

Isn’t it amazing how many people find religion when the crap hits the fan and their butts are out there dangling?

I think the fact that there are no comments says it all.

This woman is too hot and beautiful to serve time in jail. The prison lesbians will pounce on her like white on rice. Nothing will be left of her beauty after they are done with her.

Let her stay home and stay beautiful.

Absolutely, She and her husband should serve jail time as they flaunted breaking the law for years and now pull out the “faith” card…lol. Little
to late to be sorry as a true Christian would not
have committed fraud to begin with, right! We all
are held accountable by laws in our great country, and nobody is exempt from them. Not even one of these extremely TALENTLESS and OBNOXIOUS housewives, who never deserved a reality show to begin with, and she decided that
her life was above the law and lived a lifestyle
that her family could never even afford. Too BAD!

Plus, this “Mother” is just now concerned for the well-being of her beautiful little daughters???
Why not when she was breaking the law and laughing all the way to the bank.
You do the crime, you do the time…

It would be great to have 13 million in debt wiped out and get to stay home as punishment. Geez. Why do I pay my bills?

Nothing short of JAIL-TIME! Those regular folks (yes- also having children) committing the same crime she (knowingly) participated in, would without question, be sentenced to prison time………she is no different!

Teresa Guidice should receive actual incarceration, as others who have committed fraud whether tax evasion, stock tips, bank loan manipulation and Ponzi schemes; Martha Stewart, Lauren Hill, Westley Snipes, to name a few. Three to five years has been the normal and Teresa and her husband Joe should get that and more. They were soooooo blatant and outward with their atrocity !!!

How religious can someone with a mouth as filthy as hers be? Besides, lying to people to get money and then lying to the viewers about your wealth is a sin. One of the commandments was broken. What she is doing is playing on others pity by bringing in her religion. Another sceam in hopes of a lesser sentence. Where was her religfion when she was breaking 41 federak laws. We don,t feel sorry for you Teresa. Just the children that you didn,t give a second to. People don,t like to be lied to. Try some other angle

Stay strong for your children. May God bless you. All will be well in time. Learn from this, take away a lesson and use it for the amazing future that God has planned ahead for you. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Clean your slate and make peace with anyone you have hurt so you can have a true fresh start and new begining in the future. Love and ((HUGS)) Deborah

Let Theresa go! She can do community service possibly teaching cooking lessons to senior citizens. Theresa is a loving and protective mom. Her four girls need her. She is guilty of being mislead by her loyalty to her husband. Don’t lock her up for that. Lessons have been learned I am sure by Theresa. A good scare will set one straight. She is not a criminal or a danger to society. Put Joe to work building homes for those in need. Habitat for Humanity could use his construction skills. Finally, fine them with a hefty dollar amount but let them be with their girls.

Why should she be given just a hand slap? If that was me my arse would be in prison for years!!

Teresa is as religious as a fart!

Knowing that she and her husband were cheating people means she had no conscience about taking from others what did not belong to her.

Both she and her husband belong in prison. That’s where they can continue to be top dogs (with fleas!)

The people who will suffer the most no matter what are the children!! The Guidices (tossed the loaded dice once too often) should be ashamed at what they did to their children!

House arrest, my foot! IN Jail for felony robbery.

Both parents in jail? What about the children? Although she is guilty and deserves jail time her children will suffer more than she will. Lock her up in the house. Her children have learned from this experience and will be reminded every day when there Mom can’t take them to cheering etc. either way her children will suffer.

IF Teresa were actually so religious, then how can she have committed all the crimes, ‘friend’-drama and generally egregious lifestyle that she did.

PUH-LEEZE. She is a user. And now she’s got the gall to try to ‘use’ religion.

The only thing in her favor is that true faith does save. God will see what is in her heart. He welcomes back all to Him who believe in Him and act accordingly to his glory.

I think you do the crime you do the time is appropriate. I think house arrest is something Joe should have considered when Teresa wanted to go shopping and spend thousands every weekend.

She needs to be treated like anyone else. If that is jail time, then that is where she should be. She should not get any less or any more. The law is the law!

I think the ignorant ‘pussy’ ‘dike’ ignorant comments reflect the mentality of the people posting. In my opinion, she needs to go to jail. What punishment is there in being under ‘house arrest’ when you live in a mansion. When people bilk others, hurt others, do crimes, they have to pay. House arrest is not paying for your crime. There are lots of ladies here in Youngstown Ohio that have children, still do crimes, and have to pay. Rich or poor, the punishment should fit the crime. As for you people who post ignorant posts, check your own lives.

Those that are Christian and are judging her Christianity or Faith…. Stop. You aren’t in a place to do that. Ever heard of glass houses? Sometimes it takes something traumatic to bring you to God. In addition to that, Its not like she murdered someone. These are white collar crimes. House arrest is punishement. Some of you people remind me of the angry mobs with pitchforks and torches.

She will be 100% prime hotness for the lesbians in prison. They’ll be lined up to go down on her snatch. And that’s just the beginning. I am guessing she’ll get the strapon doggy style with her hair being pulled night and day.

When she gets out, she’ll walk with a permanent hobble and she’ll look 30 years older.

Whoever says she is not a criminal and is only guilty of trusting her husband is blind!! She may act ditzy, and she may not be well educated, but she is very coniving and manipulative, and understands exactly how to get what she wants, by whatever means she can use. Letting her do house arrest would be like punishing your child for lying by telling her she can watch tv, but she’s not allowed to watch the news channels or the old movie channels!!

  28. Jen Says:

The law is the law. I feel awful for the kids but some others were correct, just because they are on TV they should get the same as someone who is not. We have to remember THEY did this not the kids. Joe and Theresa should have known that they would get in trouble. I wish the whole family the best but they should be sentenced by the law not by TV
