Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s big day is almost here! The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is busy planning for her glamorous wedding, which, according to the latest rumors, is scheduled for late May. She’s hoping to look amazing in her designer gown, which is why an integral part of the wedding preparation process involves losing those last few pounds of baby weight.
After she welcomed North West into the world, Kim Kardashian was forced to deal with a ton of Facebook criticism regarding her weight. The reality star has since embarked on a major slim down, although she still has a few pounds to go before she returns to her pre-baby body. Kim wants to achieve her weight loss goal by the time her wedding day arrives, but is such a lofty aim even possible at this point?
An insider tells Hollywood Life that Kim’s main approach to weight loss involves hardcore hydration. “She’s drinking a lot of water and I think she’s doing one of those liquid diet things…she’s always got that water bottle with her — just drinking her water concoctions.”
Although she continues to place an emphasis on cooking at home, Kim doesn’t eat a lot these days. Some Twitter followers worry that, in her quest to achieve the perfect wedding body, the reality star is going a bit too far. But in spite of all the wedding stress, Hollywood Life’s source insists that all is well and good in Kim’s world. “All the people working for [Kim and Kanye] are feeling real stressed out now but Kim couldn’t be happier.”
