This entire season of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta has been a huge embarrassment for Porsha Williams. Not only has the reality star had to deal with the fallout from losing her cool during the reunion, she’s still apologizing for her infamous Underground Railroad gaffe.
The drama surrounding Porsha Williams’ fight with Kenya Moore still has The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’s biggest Facebook fans intrigued. But this certainly isn’t the only time that Porsha has caused an uproar in the last few months. As you may recall, the reality star was at the center of another huge scandal earlier in the season, when she somehow managed to confuse the Underground Railroad with a real train.
During a recent chat with Andy Cohen, Porsha admitted that she was still embarrassed by her Underground Railroad remark, particularly as it continues to attract derision on Twitter. “Yeah, I regret that… it was a Porsha moment. I was standing there and my mind got locked into one thing and I just ran with it.”
Of course, at the time, Kenya Moore said she was appalled by Porsha’s ignorance. But as Porsha later pointed out, Kenya was also guilty of messing up in front of the camera. Porsha ultimately advised Kenya to stop getting “all high and mighty with this ‘we’re black people and we’re strong people and you’re a disappointment,’ when last year you were saying you were the first black Miss USA. Carol Gist was the first black Miss USA.”
Which incident did you find more disturbing: Porsha Williams’ Underground Railroad confusion…or her attack on Kenya Moore? We know you have an opinion and we want to hear it, so feel free to sound off in the comments section below!
