Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott Deny That Reality Show Is Fake

June 04, 2014 03:30 PM by Lisa Princ

For weeks now, Twitter and Facebook¬†fans have been wondering if everything we’ve seen go on between Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott while watching True Tori is even real, considering that reports began to pop up recently claiming the affair may have been faked for the cameras. However, last night on the reunion show, Tori and Dean both denied that the affair and the show were fake.

When news broke of Dean McDermott’s affair late last year, fans immediately began to wonder if the allegations were true, especially when many attempted to look for his alleged mistress on social media and could not find anything. So needless to say, speculation grew even more when Tori Spelling allowed cameras into the couple’s life to document their marital struggles since the affair. I mean, why not cash in, right? But would they cash in for a fake story? That was exactly what numerous tabloids began to report recently, leaving us all wondering if we were being lied to.

According to Spelling and McDermott, who appeared on the True Tori reunion show last night, the entire show is 100% real, including the affair, despite McDermott’s son claiming the show was fake. Spelling also claimed that she would never make up such a horrific story, and she doesn’t wish that kind of pain on anyone.

Tori also admitted that since Dean left to do Chopped Canada, that wall she spoke of in earlier episodes, has started to go up again. However, the couple are still giving their relationship another shot, and Dean even gifted Tori twice last night – once with a tattoo of her wedding vows on his side, and the second was a song he wrote for her. Note to Dean, stick with acting and not singing.

But the big question everyone was anxious to hear the answer to last night was: Did Dean have more than one affair? The entire episode we were led to believe that Tori was going to ask Dean that question, but at the last minute, she decided that “now was not the time” to ask. Perhaps she was afraid of what his answer would be? She did say previously that if there were more women, she would probably leave him.

We’re just sad that we can’t watch what happens between these two anymore…or at least until the shows gets renewed, that is.

What do you think of Tori Spelling’s marital crisis? Do you think that she and Dean will be able to save their marriage? Or should they call it quits? We know you have an opinion and we want to hear it!
